Generation Visible to Every Stakeholder

The MW Display Board is a multi-channel LED display designed specifically for power generation facilities — thermal, hydro, biomass, and cogeneration plants. It shows generation output (MW), reactive power (MVAR), grid frequency (Hz), and bus voltage (kV) simultaneously, on a single board that every operator and manager in the room can read at a glance.

The board is custom-built to the number of generating units at your plant. Each unit's MW reading comes from its existing 4–20 mA or Modbus RS485 output — the same signal already going to your DCS or energy meter. The frequency input accepts a direct voltage signal from the bus PT secondary (typically 110V AC), so no frequency transmitter is needed.

Total generation is auto-calculated by the display controller and shown as a running sum — no manual addition, no extra instrument. When a unit trips, its channel clears and the total updates automatically.

Multiple boards can be installed across the plant at the same time: one in the control room, one in the turbine hall, one at the switchyard, and one at the plant gate or admin building — all showing the same live data from the same source.
