Modbus-Native Data Display for Industrial Control Systems.

Modbus Displays are industrial-grade digital displays designed specifically for Modbus automation environments — reading data directly from Modbus RS485 or Modbus TCP/IP networks without intermediate gateways or converters. They work as transparent display nodes on your network, pulling the exact register values you specify and showing them in large, bright digits.

Available in multiple sizes (4", 6", 8", and 12" digit heights) with configurable digit counts (4 to 10 digits per display), these boards suit any Modbus application — pumping stations, gating systems, SCADA networks, or standalone Modbus-enabled instruments at remote locations. Configure each display to read from a specific device ID and register address during setup.

These displays operate as Modbus slaves by default (receiving data from a network master like a PLC or SCADA system) but can be configured as Modbus masters to query and control remote devices when required.

  • Available in 4", 6", 8", and 12" digit heights for enhanced visibility.Configurable digit counts from 4 to 10 to suit specific data display needs.Supports Modbus TCP/IP for Ethernet-based communication over LAN or WAN.Supports Modbus RS485 for serial communication over long distances.Operates as a Modbus master to query and control slave devices.Functions as a Modbus slave to display data from a master device.Bright LED digits for high visibility in indoor and outdoor environments.Field-configurable device ID, register address, and data format without software downloads.Durable, industrial-grade housing resistant to dust, moisture, and temperature variations.

Where It's Deployed

Typical applications

  • PLC / SCADA monitoring — display critical register values from PLCs or industrial PCs on the shop floor
  • Pump station control — show flow rate, pressure, or tank level from Modbus sensors to operators
  • Gating and water management — display gate position, water level, or flow on a remote display board
  • Remote monitoring — install displays at multiple points in a distributed control network
  • Equipment status boards — show equipment health, phase voltage, or load percentage on a single display
  • Integration with existing Modbus networks — add a display to any Modbus RS485 or TCP/IP network

Data types supported

  • Modbus registers — 16-bit signed and unsigned integers
  • 32-bit values — combine two consecutive registers for larger numbers
  • Scaling — multiply by factor and add offset during display (e.g., raw value 450 displayed as 45.0)
  • Engineering units — technician-selectable units during configuration
