Real-Time RPM Measurement with Proximity Sensor Input

Electromed's RPM Indicator range measures rotational speed from 0 to 9999 RPM with ±1 RPM accuracy, using a non-contact proximity sensor that mounts directly next to the gear wheel. Designed for continuous industrial operation, the TC Series accepts input from a magnetic proximity sensor and displays live speed on bright 7-segment LED panels.

With optional 4–20 mA and MODBUS RS485 outputs, these indicators integrate seamlessly into SCADA and PLC-based automation systems. Available from a compact 0.5-inch DIN panel variant to a 4-inch jumbo wall display, the range covers all workshop floor sizes and visibility requirements.

  • Measures rotational speed from 0 to 9999 RPM
  • ±1 RPM accuracy across full measurement range
  • Accompanying proximity sensor mountable next to gear wheel
  • Non-contact sensing — no mechanical contact with rotating parts
  • Optional 4–20 mA analogue output for SCADA and DCS integration
  • Optional MODBUS RS485 digital communication output
  • 7-Segment LED display — non-blinking for fatigue-free reading
  • Adjustable sampling rate (1–5 seconds)
  • Available in 0.5-inch compact to 4-inch jumbo display configurations
  • DIN Standard and MS powder-coated enclosure options
  • 230 V AC ±10% power supply
